1.1 Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die auf Posten der Bilanz und Posten der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen sowohl handels- als auch steuerrechtlichen Gewinnermittlungs- und Gliederungsvorschriften.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht den Vorschriften des § 266 HGB unter Berücksichtigung der größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§ 267 Abs. 1 HGB).

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß
§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.

Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen.
