I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Die Gesellschaft weist zum Bilanzstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen.

Die Vermögensgegenstände und Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Bilanzstichtag einzeln bewertet.

Die Bewertung der Sachanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten gem.    § 255 Abs. 1 und 2 HGB und, soweit abnutzbar, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Zugangsjahr vollständig abgeschrieben (gem. § 6 Abs. 2 EStG). Im Anlagenspiegel werden diese als Zugänge und gleichzeitig als Abgänge des Wirtschaftsjahres gezeigt.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie die liquiden Mittel wurden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Bei der Bildung der sonstigen Rückstellungen wurde zu den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten zum Bilanzstichtag angemessen Rechnung getragen. Die Bemessung erfolgte in der Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden jeweils mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren sind ebenso wie besicherte Verbindlichkeiten zum Bilanzstichtag nicht vorhanden. Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr betragen € 1.406,98. Davon betreffen                          € 1.371,84 Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Gesellschafter.


IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB angewandt.
