Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2022 wurde unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften gemäß §§ 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Von den Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß §§ 274a, 276, 288 i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten und soweit es sich um abnutzbares Sachanlagevermögen handelt, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungsdauer wird entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften vorgenommen.
Das Finanzanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.
Das Vorratsvermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwert-prinzips bewertet.
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt.
Die Liquiden Mittel werden zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Die Steuerrückstellungen und Sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Die Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen enthalten Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von EUR 18.738,98.
Die Verbindlichkeiten haben alle eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt EUR 0,00.

Sonstige Angaben
Im Geschäftsjahr waren durchschnittlich 4 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
Die Gesellschaft hat zum Bilanzstichtag sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Mietverträgen, die nicht in der Bilanz enthalten sind. Die finanzielle Auswirkung beträgt jährlich EUR 69.875,40.
