Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Automation Dr. Nix GmbH & Co. KG, Köln, ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Köln unter HRA 6643 eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss wird gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der rechtsformspezifischen Besonderheiten für Personengesellschaften gemäß § 264a HGB aufgestellt. Die Bestimmungen des § 264c HGB werden beachtet.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Gesellschaft nach § 267 Abs. 1 in Verbindung mit § 264a Abs. 1 HGB auf.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden werden unter der Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung angewandt.

Entgeltlich erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte sind zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Der Umfang der Anschaffungskosten entspricht § 255 Abs. 1 HGB. Sie umfassen demnach auch Anschaffungsnebenkosten sowie nachträgliche Anschaffungskosten unter Berücksichtigung von Anschaffungskostenminderungen.

Die Abschreibungen erfolgen im Jahr des Zugangs pro rata temporis.

Die Notwendigkeit zur Vornahme außerplanmäßiger Abschreibungen besteht nicht.

Geringwertige Anlagegüter im Sinne des § 6 Abs. 2 EStG werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten. Das Niederstwertprinzip für Vermögensgegenstände des Vorratsvermögens wird beachtet.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden unter Berücksichtigung des erkennbaren Ausfallrisikos mit dem Nominalbetrag bewertet.

Die liquiden Mittel sind zum Nennwert bewertet.

Das Festkapital (Kommanditkapital) wird gemäß § 272 Abs. 1 Satz 2 in Verbindung mit § 264c Abs. 2 HGB mit seinem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wird möglichen Einzelrisiken angemessen Rechnung getragen. Der Ansatz erfolgt zu dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Erwägung anzusetzenden Erfüllungsbetrag. Bei Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden, soweit notwendig und zutreffend, künftige Preis und Kostensteigerungen in Höhe der allgemeinen Inflationsrate berücksichtigt und eine Abzinsung auf den Bilanzstichtag vorgenommen. Als Abzinsungssatz werden grundsätzlich die den Restlaufzeiten der Rückstellungen entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssätze der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre verwendet, wie sie von der Deutschen Bundesbank gemäß Rückstellungsabzinsungsverordnung monatlich ermittelt und bekannt gegeben werden.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Sonstige Angaben

Arbeitnehmer

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 18 (Vorjahr 27).

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Es bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Miet- und Leasingverträgen in Höhe von insgesamt € 402.536,31 (Vorjahr € 87.300,00).
