ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2010

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Cascade 2 GmbH & Co. KG, Köln, auf den 31. Dezember 2010 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft gilt als kleine Personengesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 i.V.m § 264a HGB.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze (§ 284 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 HGB)

Die Finanzanlagen wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen wurden die Nominalwerte angesetzt.

Das Kommanditkapital ist zum Nennbetrag ausgewiesen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Anteile von mindestens 20 % an anderen Unternehmen (§ 285 Nr. 11 HGB)

Die Gesellschaft ist mit mindestens 20 % am folgenden Unternehmen i.S. der angeführten Vorschrift beteiligt:
