1. Allgemeine Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Gliederung

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wird nach den Bestimmungen des HGB aufgestellt und gegliedert. Nach den Merkmalen des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft und daher verpflichtet, einen Anhang gemäß §§ 284, 285 HGB in verkürzter Form mit den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 288 HGB zu erstellen.

AKTIVPOSTEN

Sachanlagen

Die Sachanlagen beinhalten eine Computeranlage, Büro- und Geschäftseinrichtung und sonstige bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter. Die Computeranlage, die Büro- und Geschäftseinrichtung und die sonstigen beweglichen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden mit den fortgeführten Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten gemäß § 6 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 EStG angesetzt. Die planmäßige Abschreibung wurde nach der linearen Methode gemäß § 7 EStG vorgenommen. Die Zugänge des beweglichen Anlagevermögens wurden nach der pro-rata-temporis-Methode berechnet.

Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter, deren Anschaffungskosten weniger als 800,00 € (netto) betrugen, wurden im Zugangsjahr nach § 6 Abs. 2 EStG in voller Höhe abgeschrieben

Umlaufvermögen

Der Ansatz des Umlaufvermögens erfolgte gemäß den Bestimmungen der §§ 253 Abs. 2 HGB bzw. 6 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 EStG.

Forderungen

Die Gesellschaft hat Forderungen gegenüber dem Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführer, Herrn Peter Müller, aus einem Verrechnungskonto für den Bau eines Gebäudes in Schöngeising i.H.v. 90.219,58 €. Das Verrechnungskonto wird mit einem Betrag i.H.v. 2.500,00 € monatlich getilgt. Das Verrechnungskonto wird mit 4% verzinst.

Zudem besteht gegenüber dem Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführer, Herrn Peter Müller, aus einem laufenden Verrechnungskonto zum 31.12.2023 eine Forderung i.H.v. 109.480,03 €. Das Verrechnungskonto wird mit 6% verzinst.

PASSIVPOSTEN

Gezeichnetes Kapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt 25.000,00 €. Es war am Bilanzstichtag voll einbezahlt.

Bilanzgewinn

Für das Wirtschaftsjahr 2023 ergibt sich ein Jahresüberschuss i.H.v. 494.079,94 €. Er wird mit dem Gewinnvortrag i.H.v. 237.718,82 € verrechnet. Damit ergibt sich zum Bilanzstichtag ein Bilanzgewinn i.H.v. 731.798,76 €.

Die Gesellschaft hat im Berichtsjahr eine Gewinnausschüttung i.H.v. 500.000,00 € vorgenommen.

Rückstellungen

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung geschätzt und aufgrund der Erfahrung der Vorjahre angesetzt.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten i.H.v. insgesamt 278.849,49 € haben alle eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

Für die Kaution der Büroräume in der Hanauerstraße 85 in 80993 München i.H.v. 31.000,00 € besteht eine unwiderrufliche Bankbürgschaft.

Abzinsungen gemäß § 6 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 EStG waren nicht vorzunehmen.

Mitarbeiter

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Berichtsjahr durchschnittlich 14 Mitarbeiter.
