Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der am 13. Dezember 2010 gegründeten 3E-motion Ventures GmbH für das Rumpfgeschäftsjahr vom 13. Dezember 2010 bis zum 31. Dezember 2010 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs unter Berücksichtigung der Änderungen durch das Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Wertberichtigungen wurden - soweit erforderlich - angesetzt.

Das Eigenkapital wurde mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt EUR 771,61.
