I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die im Geschäftsjahr 2023 erfolgten Anschaffungen sind zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um die planmäßige Abschreibung, bewertet.

Bei der Ermittlung der planmäßigen Abschreibung kam die lineare Abschreibungsmethode zur Anwendung. Die Nutzungsdauer von Computerhardware und Software wurde entsprechend dem BMF Schreiben vom 22.2.2022 angesetzt.

Die Abschreibung wurde unter Zugrundelegung der vorsichtigen Schätzung der Nutzungsdauer angesetzt.

Die Anschaffungen der geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter über € 250,-- im Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurden gem. § 6 Abs. 2a Satz 2 EStG. abgeschrieben.

Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen werden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt, eine Pauschalwertberichtigung war nicht veranlasst.

Die Rückstellungen beinhalten ebenfalls alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet.

II. Sonstige Angaben

Die A Color Bright GmbH ist beim Amtsgericht Charlottenburg unter HRB 150475 B eingetragen.

Als Geschäftsführer sind lt. notarieller Urkunde vom 28. Mai 2013 die Herren Davide Bortot und Sven Ellingen bestellt. Beide Geschäftsführer sind stets allein zur Vertretung der Gesellschaft berechtigt und von den Beschränkungen nach § 181 BGB befreit.
