1. Allgemeine Erläuterungen

Der Jahresabschluss der AC online GmbH zum 31.12.2015 ist nach den Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. des § 267 HGB. Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht § 266 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanz zum 31.12.2015 und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung für die Zeit Vom 01.10.2015 bis 31.12.2015 sind nach den Bestimmungen des HGB unter Der besonderen Berücksichtigung der Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 279 283 HGB aufgestellt.

Aktiva

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten ist mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt.

Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhaltet im Wirtschaftsjahr 2015 gezahlte Betriebsausgaben, die erst im Folgejahr 2016 Aufwand werden.

Passiva

Das Eigenkapital ist mit seinem Nominalbetrag ausgewiesen.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind mit den Beträgen ausgewiesen, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung unter Beachtung des Vorsichtsprinzip anzusetzen sind.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mir dem Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet.

3. Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführer ist Herr Christian Betzle.

Die Bezüge des Geschäftsführers betrugen im Geschäftsjahr € 0,00

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt in Übereinstimmung mit den Gesellschaftern vor, das Jahresergebnis 2015 auf das Jahr 2016 vorzutragen.

Registered capital: { current, history }. current carries amount, currency and kind (STAMMKAPITAL, GRUNDKAPITAL, HAFTSUMME, GENEHMIGTES_KAPITAL, BEDINGTES_KAPITAL, VARIABLES_KAPITAL — open enum); each history entry has value, effective_from and effective_to (null = still in force). change_amount on a history entry is unsigned and does not always equal the difference between two consecutive amounts, so derive increases and decreases from the amounts. Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.
