Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

balance_sheet_accounts array<object>

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben
Die Acero Venture GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Hamburg und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Hamburg (Registernummer: HRB 172180).
Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinien-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht.
Der Abschluss umfasst die Bilanz, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und den Anhang (einschließlich Anlagenspiegel). Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkosten-verfahren) aufgestellt.
Im Interesse einer besseren Klarheit und Übersichtlichkeit werden die nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften bei den Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung anzubringenden Vermerke ebenso wie die Vermerke, die wahlweise in der Bilanz bzw. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang anzubringen sind, insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden, Währungsumrechnung
Für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses sind die nachfolgenden, im Wesentlichen gegenüber dem Vorjahr unveränderten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend:
Die Bewertungen erfolgten unter dem Aspekt der Fortführung des Betriebes (going-concern-concept).
Der Ansatz des Finanzanlagevermögens erfolgt bei Anteilen zu Anschaffungskosten (bei Beteiligungen an Personengesellschaften unter Beachtung des IDW RS HFA 18) und bei Ausleihungen zum Nennwert.
Das gezeichnete Kapital der Gesellschaft beträgt zum 31. Dezember 2023 EUR 25.000,00.
Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Sie sind in der Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
