Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgericht Augsburg unter HRB HRB 35254 eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss der AF Capital GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft. Die Voraussetzungen für die Anwendung des § 267a HGB sind erfüllt.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Finanzanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten ausgewiesen.

Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten werden zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Feststellung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 18. Dezember 2024 festgestellt.
