Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2021

I. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN
Dem Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2021 liegen die Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches über die Rechnungslegung von Kapitalgesellschaften zugrunde sowie die ergänzenden Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung. Des Weiteren fanden die entsprechenden steuerrechtlichen Regelungen Anwendung.

II. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSGRUNDSÄTZE
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Bei beweglichen Anlagegegenständen erfolge der Übergang von der degressiven zu linearen Abschreibung, sobald dies zu höheren Jahresabschreibungen führt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Guthaben und Kassenbestände wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Die Bewertung erfolgte in der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Höhe.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. SONSTIGE ANGABEN

Im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft durch die beiden Geschäftsführer Andreas Funkenhauser und Florian Ruhland geführt.

Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestehen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 2.311.343,52 € (Vorjahr: 1.193.146,00 €).
