A. Anhang zum Jahresabschluss

I. Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss

Die Ahrens Herrmann Consulting GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB.

Der Jahresabschluss 2022 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte und das Sachanlagevermögen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögens-gegenstände linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von € 800,-- netto wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Hinsichtlich der Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens wird auf den Anlagenspiegel verwiesen.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr und das Vorjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

II. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

1. Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft sind:

Herr Marcus Evert, wohnhaft in 22299 Hamburg

und

Herr Stefan Joachim, wohnhaft in 45721 Haltern am See

2. Gegenüber dem Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführer Marcus Evert werden zwei Forderungen i.H.v. € 4.379,99, die mit 5% verzinslich ist, sowie i.H.v. € 90.743,13, die mit 3% über dem Basiszinssatz verzinslich ist, ausgewiesen.
