Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Gießen in der Abteilung B unter der Nummer 3010 eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss der akquinet ristec GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Für die Bilanz bzw. die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden die Gliederungsschemata der §§ 266 bzw. 275 Abs. 2 (Gesamtkostenverfahren) HGB angewandt.

Nach den in § 267a HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine KleinstKapitalgesellschaft.

Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß §§ 274a und 288 HGB wurde im Rahmen der Offenlegung Gebrauch gemacht.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von Euro 800,00 wurden im Jahr des Zugangs aktiviert und planmäßig abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in fremder Währung sind mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs am Bilanzstichtag bewertet (§ 256a HGB).

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr nicht statt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Bruttoanlagenspiegel

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist aus dem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen (keine Offenlegung nach
§ 326 Abs. 1 i.V.m. § 274a HGB).

Angaben zu Forderungen

Der Betrag der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr 0,00)

In den Forderungen sind solche gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von Euro 263.347,00 (Vorjahr Euro 141.156,36 ausgewiesen.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen betragen Euro 265.281,00 (Vorjahr Euro 151.006,32).

Angaben zu Verbindlichkeiten

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt Euro 129.480,81 (Vorjahr: Euro 114.003,03).

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt Euro 0,00 (Vorjahr: Euro 0,00).

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen zum Bilanzstichtag nicht.

Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen (Euro 83.618,45; Vorjahr Euro 65.660,84) sind durch übliche Eigentumsvorbehalte der Lieferanten besichert.

In den Verbindlichkeiten sind solche gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von Euro 33.773,87 (Vorjahr Euro 14.588,17) ausgewiesen.

Haftungsverhältnisse aus nicht bilanzierten sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen

Neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen für die Anmietung von Büroräumlichkeiten (T€ 26,4 p.a.) sowie für Leasingverpflichtungen (T€ 9,1 p.a.).

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Berichtsjahr durchschnittlich 16 (Vorjahr: 14) Mitarbeiter (ohne Geschäftsführer).

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch den Herrn Jürgen Steuernagel, Buseck (Dipl.-Ingenieur), geführt.
