Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Aktormed GmbH (Amtsgericht Regensburg HRB 9796) wurde auf der Grundlage der neuen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich
der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Im Sachanlagevermögen sind Entwicklungskosten aktiviert, die auf 5 Jahre abgeschrieben werden. In den Anlagen im Bau handelt es sich ebenfalls um aktivierungsfähige Entwicklungskosten.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von Euro 800,00 wurden im Jahre des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstandenen und bis zur Bilanzerstellung erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen. Die Dotierung erfolgte mit dem vorsichtig geschätzten Erfüllungsbetrag.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 25.

Namen der Geschäftsführer

Die Geschäftsführung wurde im abgelaufenen Berichtsjahr durch Herrn Robert Geiger wahrgenommen. Der Geschäftsführer war von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
