Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma ICS Intelligent Communication Software GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH - Gesetzes zu beachten.

Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gewählt.

Die Gesellschaft ist gem. § 267 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend steuerlicher Vorschriften linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungskosten bis 410,00 € wurden sofort abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie liquide Mittel werden mit dem Nennwert ausgewiesen.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag, abzüglich der noch nicht eingeforderten ausstehenden Einlage, angesetzt.

Für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten aus Pensionsverpflichtungen werden Rückstellungen gebildet. Diese sind gem. § 253 Abs.1 Satz 2 HGB in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages zu bewerten.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages ausgewiesen, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden. Ein Grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Zur Ermittlung der Pensionsrückstellung wird die Projected Unit Credit Method
(PUC-Methode) angewendet. Für die Berechnung wurden folgende Annahmen getroffen:
Zinssatz:    5,15%
Biometrische Annahmen: Richttafeln 2005 G von Klaus Heubeck

Für die Saldierung von Schulden aus Altersvorsorgeverpflichtungen mit verrechnungsfähigen Vermögenswerten wurden folgende Werte ermittelt:
Erfüllungsbetrag der Schulden 1.075.021,00 €
Zeitwert des Deckungsvermögens    929.812,09 €
Verrechnete Aufwendungen       49.085,00 €

Zum Bilanzstichtag waren keine Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren vorhanden. (Vorjahr ebenfalls 0,00 €).

IV. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Geschäftsführungsorgane
Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von
Herrn Albert Fuß, Informatiker, Grünwald, geführt.

Es waren keine weiteren Personen zur Geschäftsführung befugt.
