Anhang

Grundlagen und Methoden - Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze
Vorliegender Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2019 wurde nach den Grundsätzen der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB erstellt. Die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes wurden ebenfalls berücksichtigt.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß den Gliederungsvorschriften des § 266 ff. HGB aufgestellt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bezüglich der Form der Darstellung wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Bei der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung kommt das Gesamtkostenverfahren zur Anwendung.

Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichts wurde aufgrund des § 264 Abs. 1 S. 4 HGB verzichtet.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Der Wertansatz der Sachanlagen berechnete sich aus den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen.

Die Bewertungsfreiheit von geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgütern im Sinne des § 6 Abs. 2 EStG wurde in Anspruch genommen.

Bei der Bewertung der Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden erkennbare Risiken berücksichtigt.

Alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten wurden bei den sonstigen Rückstellungen unter Einbeziehung erkennbarer Risiken berücksichtigt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen weisen die für das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden Steuern aus.

Die Bewertung der Finanzanlagen wurde wie folgt angesetzt:

Ausleihungen zum Nennwert
Unverzinsliche und niedrig verzinsliche Ausleihungen zum Barwert
Sonstige Wertpapiere zu Anschaffungskosten

Falls erforderlich, wurde der zum Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

Abweichungen gegenüber dem Vorjahr
Bei dem vorliegenden Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

Einzelerläuterungen
Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ist im Anlagespiegel in der Anlage zu diesem Bericht dargestellt.

Die Abschreibungen für immaterielle Wirtschaftsgüter betragen im Berichtszeitraum 970,00 (Vj.: 1.667,00 EUR) EUR und für Sachanlagen 15.009,03 EUR (Vj.: 22.625,98 EUR).

Schließlich wurde zusätzlich eine Sonderabschreibung in Höhe von 0,00 EUR (Vj. 10.352,00 EUR) vorgenommen.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände belaufen sich zum 31.12.2019 auf insgesamt 456.234,16 EUR (Vj.: 352.116,99 EUR)

In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind die Steuererstattungsansprüche in Höhe von
9.433,47 EUR (Vj.: 9.690,36 EUR) enthalten.

Die Verbindlichkeiten belaufen sich zum 31.12.2019 auf insgesamt 357.603,07 EUR (Vj. 414.087,03 EUR), davon betragen die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr 240.280,49 EUR
(Vj. 298.833,40 EUR)

Langfristige Verbindlichkeiten liegen nicht vor.

Inanspruchnahme aus Haftungsverhältnissen
Mit einer Inanspruchnahme aus den Haftungsverhältnissen ist nicht zu rechnen.

Beschluss über die Verwendung des Ergebnisses
Die Gesellschafterversammlung vom 03.05.2021 akzeptierte den Vorschlag der Geschäftsführung zur Ergebnisverwendung. Der Jahresüberschuss wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Der Geschäftsleitung wird Entlastung erteilt.

Sonstige Angaben
Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang geben entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften grundsätzlich die wirtschaftliche Lage wieder.

Im Wirtschaftsjahr 2019 waren durchschnittlich 2 Personen beschäftigt.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt: Herrn Reinhard Dobelmann, Kaufmann. Anteilsinhaberin ist die Adabus GmbH.
