Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Anmerkung und Unterschrift der Geschäftsführung:

Ein Anhang war nach § 267a HGB i. d. F. des MicroBilG nicht zu erstellen, da die dortigen Wertgrenzen nicht überschritten sind. Haftungsverhältnisse waren nicht auszuweisen (§ 251 HGB i.V.m. § 268 Abs. 7 HGB).
