Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken mit dem Nennwert bewertet.

Flüssige Mittel wurden mit dem Nennbetrag bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Latente Steuern wurden nach der Nettomethode ermittelt. Im Fall eines Aktivüberhangs wurde vom Ansatzwahlrecht in der Form Gebrauch gemacht, dass kein Ansatz erfolgt. Passive latente Steuerüberhänge wurden - soweit vorhanden - unter Beachtung der Wesentlichkeit bilanziert. Die Bewertung erfolgte in diesen Fällen mit dem künftig geltenden Steuersatz.
