financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

ALLGEMEINES

Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma AP Diagnostics GmbH mit Sitz in Leipzig im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Leipzig unter HRB 34615 eingetragen.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Die Gesellschaft hat bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses teilweise von den Erleichterungsmöglichkeiten des § 288 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.

BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert und werden, soweit sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und wird, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Steuerlich sogenannte geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Zugangszeitpunkt sofort vollständig abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens werden im Übrigen zeitanteilig vorgenommen.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

ERLäUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZ

Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten beinhalten in Höhe von TEUR 117 Darlehen der Gesellschafter einschließlich Zinsen. Die Darlehen laufen auf unbestimmte Zeit, sind aber nicht zur kurzfristigen Tilgung vorgesehen.
