Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die MAYD Group GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Berlin. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Berlin (Charlottenburg) unter HRB 228582 eingetragen.

II. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss der MAYD Group GmbH, Berlin, zum 31. Dezember 2021 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie der ergänzenden Vorschriften des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Sie hat bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 288 Abs. 1 HGB und bei der Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses von den Erleichterungen gemäß § 326 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind überwiegend im Anhang aufgeführt.

III. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren im Wesentlichen die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und wird, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. In die Herstellungskosten selbst erstellter Anlagen sind neben den Einzelkosten auch anteilige Gemeinkosten und durch die Fertigung veranlasste Abschreibungen einbezogen.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bis € 800 wurden aus Vereinfachungsgründen entsprechend § 6 Abs. 2 Satz 1 EStG im Erwerbsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Bei den Finanzanlagen werden die Anteilsrechte und Wertpapiere zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. niedrigeren beizulegenden Werten und die Ausleihungen grundsätzlich zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Allen risikobehafteten Posten ist durch die Bildung angemessener Einzelwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen; das allgemeine Kreditrisiko ist durch pauschale Abschläge berücksichtigt.

Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt (§ 253 Abs. 1 HGB).

Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betrifft Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tage darstellen; die Auflösung des Postens erfolgt linear entsprechend dem Zeitablauf.

Die Steuerrückstellungen sind nach den Grundsätzen vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme gebildet.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohenden Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags (d. h. einschließlich zukünftiger Kosten- und Preissteigerungen) angesetzt. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr wurden abgezinst.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Der passive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betrifft Einnahmen vor dem Bilanzstichtag, die Ertrag für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tage darstellen; die Auflösung des Postens erfolgt linear entsprechend des Zeitablaufs.

IV. Angaben zur Bilanz

In den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter von € 164,00 enthalten.

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Ab dem 31. Dezember 2021 bestehen folgende sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen:

Im Rumpfgeschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 25 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
