Anhang

A. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der §§ 264, 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist, mit Ausnahme der im Anhang erläuterten Sachverhalte, grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs-, Ansatz- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen nach den für alle Kaufleute geltenden Vorschriften des deutschen Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt (§§ 238 ff. HGB).

Auf den Jahresabschluss fanden sowohl die generellen Ansatzvorschriften der §§ 246-251 HGB als auch die besonderen Ansatzvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften, §§ 268-274, 276-278 HGB Anwendung. Die Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 252 - 256a HGB wurden beachtet.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die entgeltlich erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit den Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und planmäßig auf die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben.

Die Bewertung des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Jahr des Zugangs in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und liquide Mittel werdengrundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Auf Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen werden wegen des allgemeinen Zins- und Kreditrisikos Pauschalwertberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden - soweit vorhanden - mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre abgezinst. Die Abzinsung erfolgt - soweit einschlägig - mittels Nettomethode.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

B. ANGABEN UND ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZ

Alle Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

3. Angaben über die Gattung der Aktien

Das Grundkapital von Euro 100.000,00 ist eingeteilt in 100.000 auf den Namen lautende Aktien im Nennbetrag von je Euro 1,00.

4. Verbindlichkeiten

Alle in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr.

In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern in Höhe von Euro 98.723,52 (Vj. Euro 143.997,43) und aus sozialer Sicherheit in Höhe von Euro 2.506,60 (Vj. Euro -,--) enthalten.

C. SONSTIGE ANGABEN

1. Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Haftungsverhältnisse gemäß § 251 HGB bestand am Abschussstichtag nicht.

2. Arbeitnehmer

Im Jahresdurchschnitt waren 51 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres gehörten folgende Personen dem Vorstand an:
