ANHANG

1. Allgemeine Erläuterungen

Der Abschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2011 wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches bzw. des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung aufgestellt.

Obgleich die Gesellschaft die Merkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft § 267 Abs. 1 HGB erfüllt, hat sie auf die Anwendung der größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bei der Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses verzichtet.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewendet.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nominalwert bewertet.

Das gezeichnete Kapital entspricht dem voll eingezahlten Stammkapital der Gesellschaft.

Der Wertansatz der Rückstellungen berücksichtigt alle erkennbaren Risiken auf der Grundlage vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Sicherheiten wurden keine gestellt. Die Restlaufzeit aller Verbindlichkeiten beträgt weniger als ein Jahr.

Sonstige Angaben

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen in Höhe von € 186.304,19, Vj. € 77.196,84.
