Anhang

1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens zwische € 250,00 und € 800,00 netto werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegebenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Zur Berücksichtigung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos werden Pauschalberichtigungen gebildet. Bei zweifelhaften Forderungen wurden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen. Die Guthaben und Kassenbestände werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Steuerückstllunen und sonsitge Rückstellungen wurden nach vernüfntiger kaufmännische Beurteilung bemessen. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

2. Sonstige Angaben

Die Geschäftsführung wurde im Geschäftsjahr 2023 durch den Geschäftsführer, Herrn Frank Sudhoff ausgeübt.
