ANHANG

Allgemeine Angaben

Die ARTOXX GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Stuttgart und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Stuttgart (Reg.Nr. 759754).

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG) und den Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG).

Der Abschluss umfasst die Bilanz, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und den Anhang. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist entsprechend § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung/Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und GuV

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt.

Die flüssigen Mittel sind in Höhe ihres Nennwerts angesetzt.

Bei Bildung der Rückstellungen ist den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen Rechnung getragen worden. Sie sind in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB oder finanzielle Verpflichtungen, die für die Beurteilung der Finanzlage von Bedeutung sind, bestehen zum Abschlussstichtag nicht.

Sonstige Angaben

Personalstand

Im Geschäftsjahr waren durchschnittlich 4 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

Die Berechnung erfolgte methodisch nach § 267 Abs. 5 HGB.

Geschäftsführung

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres lag die Führung der Geschäfte unverändert bei Stephan W. Keck.

Die Voraussetzungen des § 264 Abs. 2 Satz 2 HGB liegen hinsichtlich dieses Jahresabschlusses nicht vor.

Soweit dieser Anhang keine Angaben über sonstige, nach den §§ 264 ff, 284 ff HGB angabepflichtige Sachverhalte enthält, haben diese im Geschäftsjahr nicht vorgelegen.
