1. Allgemeine Hinweise

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß den §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Gemäß § 267 HGB gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.
Die Gesellschaft hat von der Erleichterungsvorschrift des § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB Gebrauch gemacht und keinen Lagebericht aufgestellt.
2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Gliederung entspricht den §§ 266 und 275 Abs. 2 HGB.
Die Bewertung der Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt gemäß den §§ 242 ff., 266 ff. HGB.
Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen nicht.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohende Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften.
Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen nur in der gesondert in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Höhe.
