Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

A) Allgemeines:

Angaben zur Identifikation der Gesellschaft gemäß § 264 Abs. 1a HGB:

Registergericht: Amtsgericht Frankfurt am Main, Handelsregister, Eintragung unter HRB 101579

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr vom 01. Januar 2023 bis 31. Dezember 2023 wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) aufgestellt. Ergänzend waren die Gesetze betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) zu beachten.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den Vorschriften der §§ 266 Abs. 2 u. 3 sowie 275 HGB.

Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß §§ 276 S. 1, 288 Abs. 1 S. HGB wurden von der Gesellschaft in Anspruch genommen.

B) Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldenposten trägt allen erkennbaren Risiken nach den Grundsätzen vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung Rechnung und entspricht den Vorschriften der §§ 252 bis 256a HGB.

Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewandt:

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, soweit abnutzbar vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen, bewertet.

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer linear abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter der Vorjahre mit Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten zwischen EUR 250,00 und EUR 1.000,00 sind in einem Sammelposten erfasst, der i. S. d. § 6 Abs. 2a EStG beginnend im Geschäftsjahr der Anschaffung über 5 Jahre linear aufgelöst wird.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert oder mit dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Dem allgemeinen Ausfall- und Kreditrisiko ist durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen.

Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sowie liquiden Mitteln sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen sind mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Sie enthalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Für geleistete Zahlungen, die Aufwand für einen bestimmten Zeitraum nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen sind Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten gebildet.

C) Erläuterungen zur Bilanz sowie zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr betragen EUR 3.900,00 (Vj: EUR 3.900,00) zum Bilanzstichtag.

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von EUR 51.044,17 (Vj: EUR 140.368,35) haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Sonstige Angaben

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr durchschnittlich 6 Arbeitnehmer.

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag von EUR 18.788,83 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.

Die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft wurden im Geschäftsjahr geführt durch die Geschäftsführer:
