Die B Solution AG hat am Abschlussstichtag (31.12.2021) und am Vorjahresstichtag jeweils zwei der drei in § 267a Abs. 1 HGB genannten Merkmale unterschritten und darf somit die Erleichterungen als Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft in Anspruch nehmen und beantragt die Hinterlegung der Bilanz.
