A. Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die BARS Beteiligungs GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Stuttgart und wird beim Amtsgericht Stuttgart unter der Handelsregisternummer HRB 733810 geführt.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 HGB.

B. Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss wird nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Darstellung, Gliederung Ansatz und Bewertung des Jahresabschlusses entsprechen den Vorjahresgrundsätzen.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

II. Angewandte Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet.

Darüber hinaus werden außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen auf Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens vorgenommen, sofern voraussichtlich dauernde Wertminderungen vorliegen.

Stellt sich in einem späteren Geschäftsjahr heraus, dass die Gründe hierfür nicht mehr bestehen, so wird der Betrag dieser Abschreibungen im Umfang der Werterhöhung zugeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken werden bei der Bewertung berücksichtigt.

Die übrigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Sonstige Angaben

1. Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Es bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Dienstleistungsverträgen in Höhe von TEUR 1.
