1 Anhang

1.1 Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der BASIS Computer- & Systemintegration GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.
Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gewählt.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Die Einzelposten des veröffentlichten Jahresabschlusses sind auf volle Euro auf- bzw. abgerundet.

1.2 Besonderheiten der Form des Jahresabschlusses

Größenklassen
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angabe und Begründung der gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichenden Form der Darstellung
Die Form des Jahresabschlusses ist gegenüber dem Vorjahr nicht geändert.

1.3 Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear und degressiv vorgenommen.
Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt.
Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.
Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten das Geschäftsjahr betreffende, noch nicht veranlagte Steuern.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.

Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen auf das Anlagevermögen
Auf Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen in Höhe von EUR 0,00 vorgenommen.

1.4 Angaben und Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Geschäftsjahresabschreibung
Die Geschäftsjahresabschreibung je Posten der Bilanz ist aus dem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen.

Gewinnvortrag
Die Ergebnisverwendung ist gemäß Gesellschaftsvertrag von einem Beschluss der Gesellschafter abhängig. Da dieser Beschluss noch nicht vorliegt, werden EUR 281,46 als Gewinnvortrages im Eigenkapital ausgewiesen.

Vorschlag zur Ergebnisverwendung
Die Geschäftsführung schlägt in Übereinstimmung mit den Gesellschaftern die folgende Ergebnisverwendung vor:
Der Jahresüberschuss beträgt EUR 281,46.
Einschließlich des zu berücksichtigenden Gewinn-/Verlustvortrags ergibt sich ein Betrag von EUR 11.454,76, der zu verwenden ist.
In die Rücklagen werden EUR 0,00 eigestellt.
Zur Ausschüttung ist ein Betrag von EUR 0,00 vorgesehen.
Auf neue Rechnung werden EUR 11.454,76 vorgetragen.

1.5 Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt:
