Anhang

A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 der BEKA Logistics GmbH, Carl-Zeiss-Straße 34, 28816 Stuhr (Amtsgericht Walsrode, HRB 201305) wurde nach den geltenden Vorschriften des HGB sowie den Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Gesellschaft.

B. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Herstellungskosten aktiviert.

Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von Euro 800,00 wurden im Jahre des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Finanzanlagen wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten, bei voraussichtlich dauernder Wertminderung abzüglich außerplanmäßiger Abschreibungen, bilanziert.

Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen wurden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Kassenbestände und Bankguthaben werden jeweils zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden mit den Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwendungen für die Folgejahre darstellen, angesetzt.

Das Eigenkapital wird zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags passiviert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände enthalten 910,10 € (Vorjahr: 0,00 €) Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter.
