Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des 3. Buches des HGB erstellt.
Die Gesellschaft BFI IT Service GmbH, Sitz in Nürnberg ist beim Amtsgericht Nürnberg - Registergericht - unter der Nummer HRB 27541 eingetragen.

Auf die Rechnungslegung der Gesellschaft finden die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB Anwendung.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Ansatzvorschriften der §§ 246- 251 HGB sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatzvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften, §§ 268-274a, 276-278 HGB, erstellt.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den §§ 266 und 275 HGB, wobei für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren Anwendung findet.

B. Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften

1. Die Vermögensgegenstände der immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sowie des Sachanlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet.

Die planmäßige Abschreibung der immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sowie des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgte unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauern mit den zulässigen Höchstsätzen. Die Vermögensgegenstände wurden linear abgeschrieben. Für Zugänge wurde die Abschreibung zeitanteilig (pro rata temporis) ermittelt.
Zugänge an geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgütern bis zu einem Einzelwert in Höhe von EUR 800,00 wurden im Geschäftsjahr sofort abgeschrieben.

2. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit ihren Nennwerten angesetzt. Erkennbare Risiken wurden grundsätzlich durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

3. Kassenbestand und Bankguthaben wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

4. Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betreffen Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tage darstellen. Die Auflösung des Postens erfolgt linear entsprechend dem Zeitablauf.

5. Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages nach § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB angesetzt. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

6. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

7. Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden beibehalten werden. Ein Wechsel gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

C. Angaben und Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände:
In den Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen waren Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von EUR 318.660,75 enthalten. In den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen waren Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von EUR 5.260,33 sowie Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen in Höhe von EUR 8.180,54 enthalten.

2. Verbindlichkeiten:
In den Verbindlichkeiten waren Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr in Höhe von EUR 56.414,73 sowie Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter in Höhe von EUR 15.773,00 enthalten.

D. Sonstige Angaben

Die durchschnittliche Anzahl der Beschäftigten betrug während des Geschäftsjahres 24 Mitarbeiter.
