1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die BHC GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Böblingen. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Stuttgart unter HRB 754906 eingetragen.

2. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

3. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen.

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, auf der Grundlage der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauern bewertet.

Die Zugänge im Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurden linear abgeschrieben. Die Zugänge werden grundsätzlich p.r.t. abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu EUR 800,00, deren Abgang im Anlagespiegel im Jahr des Zugangs fingiert wird, werden sofort abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt und unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbarer Einzelrisiken bewertet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen enthalten die noch nicht veranlagten Steuern des Geschäftsjahres und die zu erwartenden Steuernachzahlungen aus Vorjahren.

Bei der Bewertung von sonstigen Rückstellungen werden erwartete Preis- und Kostensteigerungen berücksichtigt und Verpflichtungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr mit dem laufzeitadäquaten durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre abgezinst.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Erfüllungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt.

Geschäftsvorfälle in fremder Währung wurden zum jeweiligen Tageskurs eingebucht. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in Fremdwährung, deren Restlaufzeit nicht mehr als ein Jahr beträgt, wurden mit dem Euroreferenzkurs am Bilanzstichtag bewertet. Beträgt die Restlaufzeit mehr als ein Jahr, wurden eventuelle Kursverluste am Bilanzstichtag berücksichtigt.

Gewinne und Verluste aus der Umrechnung von Fremdwährungsgeschäften werden erfolgswirksam erfasst und in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gesondert unter dem Posten sonstige betriebliche Erträge bzw. sonstige betriebliche Aufwendungen ausgewiesen.

4. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter

In den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von TEUR 1.313 (Vorjahr: TEUR 1.045) enthalten, welche aus Lieferungen und Leistungen stammen.

Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

Verbindlichkeiten

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben, wie im Vorjahr, eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern

In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von TEUR 625 (Vorjahr: TEUR 271) enthalten.

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Es bestehen jährliche sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Mieten in Höhe von TEUR 98 und aus Leasing in Höhe Von TEUR 8. Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Mieten bestehen bis zum Jahr 2027.

5. Sonstige Angaben

Durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden im Durchschnitt 52 Arbeitnehmer (Vj. 52) beschäftigt.

Konzerzugehörigkeit

Die Gesellschaft wird in den Konzernabschluss der PROSTEP AG als kleinster Konsolidierungskreis einbezogen.
