ANHANG FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2023

I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Vermögens- und Schuldposten sind unter Beachtung des Vorsichtsprinzips bewertet. Die angewandten Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Abschreibungsmethoden berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden werden im Einzelnen im Zusammenhang mit den Positionen der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erläutert.

Aufgrund der Konzernzugehörigkeit wird der Jahresabschluss in Anlehnung an die Verordnung über die Rechnungs- und Buchführungspflichten der Pflegeeinrichtungen (Pflege- und Buchführungsverordnung - PBV) aufgestellt und gegliedert.

II. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

1. Anlagevermögen

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um nutzungsbedingte, planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben.

2. Vorräte

Die Bestandserfassung der Vorräte erfolgte durch eine vollständige körperliche Aufnahme zum Abschlussstichtag.

3. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. mit dem am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden niedrigeren Wert angesetzt. Bei Forderungen, deren Einbringlichkeit mit erkennbaren Risiken behaftet ist, werden angemessene Wertabschläge vorgenommen; uneinbringliche Forderungen werden abgeschrieben.

Unter den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen werden Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter/verbundene Unternehmen von T€ 762 (i. V. T€ 970) ausgewiesen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben bis auf T€ 226 ausnahmslos Restlaufzeiten von weniger als einem Jahr.

4. Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten

Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhaltet im Geschäftsjahr gezahlte Beträge, die das Folgejahr betreffen.

5. Eigenkapital

5.1 Gezeichnetes Kapital

Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft ist voll eingezahlt.

5.2 Gewinnvortrag

Der Jahresüberschuss des Vorjahres wurde zusammen mit dem Gewinnvortrag gemäß Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 19. Juli 2023 auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

6. Ausschüttungssperre

Gemäß § 253 Abs. 6 sind folgende Beträge für Ausschüttungen gesperrt:

7. Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungen für Pensionen und ähnliche Verpflichtungen berücksichtigen ausschließlich laufende Leistungen und sind nach versicherungsmathematischen Grundsätzen auf Basis der Richttafeln 2018 G von Dr. Klaus Heubeck unter Zugrundelegung eines Zinssatzes von 1,83 % (Abzinsungssätze gemäß § 253 Abs. 2 HGB durch Bekanntgabe der Deutschen Bundesbank) nach der PUC-Methode von der compertis Beratungsgesellschaft für betriebliche Vorsorgemanagement mbH, Wiesbaden, zum Bilanztag errechnet worden.

Von der Vereinfachungsregel des § 253 Abs. 2 Satz 2 HGB (pauschale Verwendung des 15-Jahres-Zinssatzes) wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Die Berechnungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung zukünftiger Steigerungen von 2 % bei den Renten durchgeführt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen in angemessenem Umfang alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind jeweils mit ihren nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

8. Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind jeweils mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. Davon bestehen T€ 11 aus Steuern. Die Verbindlichkeiten haben ausnahmslos Restlaufzeiten bis zu einem Jahr und T€ 78 sind besichert.

9. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen/Haftungsverhältnisse

Aus Miet-, Pacht- und Leasingverträgen bestehen zukünftige Zahlungsverpflichtungen von unabgezinst T€ 50 p.a..

Haftungsverhältnisse bestehen aufgrund Bürgschaften aus Leasingverträgen zu Gunsten der Blank GmbH & Co. KG, Duderstadt und der Haus St. Georg GmbH, Duderstadt. Mit einer Inanspruchnahme ist aufgrund der wirtschaftlichen Situation der Schulderin nicht zu rechnen.

Die Gesellschaft ist persönliche haftende Gesellschafterin der Blank GmbH & Co. KG, Duderstadt.
