Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss per 31.12.2022 wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches sowie unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Von den gemäß § 288 HGB bestehenden Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs.1 HGB.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Finanzanlagen werden mit Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurden alle bis zur Bilanzaufstellung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten berücksichtigt.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Ausleihungen an Unternehmen, mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht, bestehen in Höhe von TEUR 528 (Vorjahr TEUR 127) gegenüber Gesellschaftern und haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. Beträge in Höhe von TEUR 0 (Vorjahr TEUR 1.274) haben eine Restlaufzeit zwischen einem und fünf Jahren.

Die Verbindlichkeiten haben in Höhe von TEUR 519 (Vorjahr: TEUR 1.977) eine Restlaufzeit zwischen einem und fünf Jahren und bestehen mit TEUR 0 (Vorjahr: TEUR 110) gegenüber Gesellschaftern.

In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind mit TEUR 229 (Vorjahr TEUR 40) Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Finanzamt enthalten.

Am Bilanzstichtag war die Gesellschaft an folgenden Kapitalgesellschaften mit mindestens 20 % beteiligt:
