A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Dabei wurde die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nach der Gliederung des Gesamtkostenverfahrens erstellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH- Gesetzes zu beachten.

Die liquiden Mittel sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Der Wertansatz der sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigt alle erkennbaren Risiken auf der Grundlage vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

B. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang geben entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften grundsätzlich die wirtschaftliche Lage zutreffend wieder.

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren betrug zum Bilanzstichtag 0 Euro.

Im Berichtsjahr war Herr Dr. Robin Houcken als Geschäftsführer bestellt.
