ANHANG

Das Anlagevermögen wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten abzgl. linearer, degressiver, GWG- und GWG-Pool-AfA aktiviert.

Die BSH GmbH ist Muttergesellschaft der Heinrich & Siegel Service GmbH (Anteil € 25.000,00), der Print Data GmbH (Anteil € 11.100,00), der Heinrich & Siegel & Co GmbH (Anteil € 101.200,00), der Simpro GmbH (Anteil € 86.919,62) und der Sysdata GmbH (Anteil € 38.346,89). Ergebnisabführungsverträge liegen vor.

Die übrigen Posten des Umlaufvermögens sind mit den Nennbeträge angesetzt.

Die Forderungen ggü. verbundenen Unternehmen betragen € 911.573,57.

Rückstellungen wurden unter Beachtung des Vorsichtsprinzips im Wege der Schätzung ermittelt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen bilanziert und haben eine Laufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten ggü. verbundenen Unternehmen betragen € 278.904,91.

Die Bilanzerstellung erfolgte nach Verbuchung der Ergebnisse der Tochterunternehmen.
