FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR

vom 01. Januar 2023 bis 31. Dezember 2023

I. Grundsätze der Rechnungslegung

Der Jahresabschluss der Busch Holding GmbH, Aachen, (Amtsgericht Aachen HRB 25957) für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches nach den für große Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Gliederungs‑ und Ausweisvorschriften aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH‑Gesetzes zu beachten.

Für die Erstellung des Anhangs wurden die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des § 288 HGB in Anspruch genommen.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn‑ und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind im Anhang aufgeführt.

Für die Gewinn‑ und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den Größenkriterien des § 267 HGB ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. zu ihrem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko wurde durch Pauschalwertberichtigungen in angemessener Höhe Rechnung getragen.

Sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung anfallenden Erfüllungsbetrags passiviert. Dabei werden alle erkennbaren Risiken in die Bewertung mit einbezogen. Bei Rückstellung mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr wird der voraussichtliche Erfüllungsbetrag mit einem maktüblichen Zinssatz der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre, welcher von der Deutsche Bundesbank ermittelt wurde, abgezinst.

II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

1. Bilanz

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr EUR 0,00) aus Steuern und EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr EUR 0,00) im Rahmen der sozialen Sicherheit enthalten.

III. Sonstige Angaben

1. Angaben zu gewährten Vorschüssen und Krediten an Organmitglieder

Gegenüber Geschäftsführern bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag gewährte Kredite in Form von Darlehen in Höhe von 28.037,40 EUR (i. V. 0,00 EUR). Die Darlehen werden mit 6,00 % p.a. verzinst. Im Berichtsjahr wurden Beträge von 0,00 EUR getilgt.
