1. AUSWEIS UND GLIEDERUNG IN BILANZ UND GEWINN-

UND VERLUSTRECHNUNG

Ausweis und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses entsprechen den
§§ 265 ff HGB.

2. GRUNDSÄTZE DER BILANZIERUNG UND BEWERTUNG,

§ 284 Abs. 2 HGB

(1) Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden,
§ 284 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 HGB

a) Bilanzierungsmethoden

Ansatzpflichten:

Die Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden gemäß §§ 246-251 und 274 Abs. 1 HGB angesetzt.

Ansatzwahlrechte:

Ansatzwahlrechte wurden nicht in Anspruch genommen.

b) Bewertungsmethoden

Allgemein: Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schuldposten wurden den Bewertungsgrundsätzen des § 252 HGB entsprechend bewertet.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu ursprünglichen Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Der Zugang an geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgütern wurde voll abgeschrieben.

Die Vorräte wurden mit den Einstandspreisen bewertet.

Die Forderungen werden mit dem Nennwert berücksichtigt. Die übrigen AKTIVA sind mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen tragen den zu erwartenden, ihrer Höhe nach ungewissen Aufwendungen des Geschäftsjahres 2023 Rechnung und übersteigen nicht die Beträge, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig sind. Eine Rückstellung für latente Steuern war nicht zu bilden.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

(2) Grundlagen für die Umrechnung in EURO,

§ 284 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 HGB

Der Jahresabschluss enthält keine Posten, die in anderer Währung geführt werden.

3. ANHANGANGABEN ZUR BILANZ

Die Gesellschaft macht als Kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne der
§ 264a Abs.1 i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB von der größenabhängigen Erleichterung des § 288 HGB Gebrauch.

1. Anlagevermögen

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ergibt sich aus dem nachfolgenden, gemäß § 268 Abs.2 HGB in der Bruttodarstellung entwickelten Anlagespiegel.
Die Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres sind hierin enthalten.

Finanzanlagen
Es bestehen folgende Unternehmensbeteiligungen:
ESP.GROUP GmbH, Frankfurt (HRB 42077), nominal 25.500 €
Anteil 33,7748 % am Stammkapital von 75.500 €.

2. Verbindlichkeiten

Nach § 285 Nr. 1 HGB gliedern sich die Verbindlichkeiten wie folgt auf:

als 5 Jahren: 0,00 EUR

Von den kurzfristigen Verbindlichkeiten sind durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert: 0,00 EUR
