A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2018 der CARLIM GmbH, Papenkamp 5, 22607 Hamburg (Amtsgericht Hamburg, HRB 121602) wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) in der Fassung des BilRUG sowie der Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert.

Nach den in § 267 Abs. 1 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

B. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten einschließlich Nebenkosten oder Herstellungskosten (gem. § 255 Abs. 2 bis 3 HGB) bilanziert.

Die Sachanlangen werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen (Nutzungsdauer zwischen 3 und 20 Jahren) angesetzt.

Vermögensgegenstände mit einem Wert von 150 € bis 1.000 € werden in einem Sammelposten mit Poolabschreibung über fünf Jahre eingestellt.

Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen werden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Kassenbestände und Bankguthaben werden jeweils zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages passiviert. Bei Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden künftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen in Höhe der allgemeinen Inflationsrate berücksichtigt und eine Abzinsung auf den Bilanzstichtag vorgenommen. Als Abzinsungssätze werden die den Restlaufzeiten der Rückstellungen entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssätze der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre verwendet, wie sie von der Deutschen Bundesbank gemäß Rückstellungsabzinsungsverordnung monatlich ermittelt und bekannt gegeben werden.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände enthalten Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von 15.108,30 Euro.

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt EUR 0,00.
