I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 288 Satz I HGB wurden bei den sonstigen Pflichtangaben nach § 285 HGB in Anspruch genommen.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

In Aufbau und Gliederung folgen Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung grundsätzlich den gesetzlichen Regelvorschriften. Die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB.

Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten trägt allen erkennbaren Risiken nach sorgfältiger kaufmännischer Prüfung Rechnung.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt und haben alle eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.

Als gezeichnetes Kapital ist das voll eingezahlte Stammkapital der Gesellschaft ausgewiesen.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.
