Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie unter Beachtung des Aktiengesetzes (AktG) aufgestellt.
Das Bilanzrichtlinien-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) wurde angewendet.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.
Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 2 HGB.
Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Firmensitz in Eschborn.
Das Geschäftsjahr der Gesellschaft entspricht dem Kalenderjahr.
Die ceterion AG ist eingetragen im Handelsregister Frankfurt am Main, HRB 104150.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten erfolgt nach den Vorschriften des HandelsgesetzbuChes und unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung.
Sachanlagen werden zu den fortgeführten Anschaffungskosten, Finanzanlagen werden zu den Anschaffungskosten bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert aktiviert. Die Anschaffungskosten umfassen auch die einzeln zuordenbaren Anschaffungsnebenkosten und nachträgliche Anschaffungskosten. Anschaffungspreisminderungen sind abgesetzt.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter > EUR 250 und <= EUR 800 netto wurden sofort abgeschrieben, geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter > EUR 800 bis EUR 1000 wurden entsprechend § 6 Abs. 2a EStG in einem jährlichen Sammelposten zusammengefasst und über fünf Jahre abgeschrieben. Computer und Software wurden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden jeweils zum Nennbetrag bzw. mit dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert aktiviert. Alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken werden bei der Bewertung berücksichtigt.
Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden für bereits erfolgte Zahlungen, die aufwands- bzw. ertragsmäßig die folgenden Geschäftsjahre betreffen, gebildet.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen und sind nach den Grundsätzen vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.
Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Erfüllungs-/Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.
Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in Fremdwährung (wenn vorhanden) werden mit dem Wechselkurs zum Zeitpunkt des Entstehens umgerechnet. Bei Kursschwankungen erfolgt die Bewertung grundsätzlich zum Devisenkassamittelkurs des Bilanzstichtages unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips auf der Aktivseite und des Höchstwertprinzips auf der Passivseite.
Um dem Ausfallrisiko gerecht zu werden, werden sowohl Einzel- als auch Pauschwalwertberichtigungen auf die Forderungen vorgenommen.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.
Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.
Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Angabe zu Restlaufzeitvermerken
Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 191.663,58 EUR (Vorjahr: 369.343,03 EUR).
Der Betrag der Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit größer einem Jahr beträgt 0,00 EUR (Vorjahr: 0,00 EUR).
