Anhang zum berichtigten Jahresabschluss auf den 31.12.2020

der CF Holding GmbH, Elmshorn, Amtsgericht Pinneberg HRB 718

I. Allgemeines

Die CF Holding GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß §267 (1) HGB.

Die gesetzlichen Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266 bzw. 275 HGB wurden angewandt. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 276 HGB wurde kein Gebrauch gemacht.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der Neuregelung des Bilanzrichtlinienumsetzungsgesetzes aufgestellt.

Der Ergebnisabführungsvertrag zwischen der CF Holding GmbH und der Computer Forum GmbH wurde mit Wirkung zum 31.12.2020 aufgehoben.

Die Auswirkungen aus der Corona-Pandemie können zum Zeitpunkt der Abschlusserstellung nicht abschließend beurteilt werden.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend:

Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen, die das Berichtsjahr betreffen.

Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Einzelangaben zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die CF Holding GmbH ist alleinige Gesellschafterin der Computer Forum GmbH mit einem Stammkapital von TEUR150 (Eigenkapital 31.12.2020 TEUR770 Jahresergebnis TEUR250).

Die gesamten Verbindlichkeiten i. H. v. EUR0,00 (Vorjahr EUR100.000,00) haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr und sind nicht durch Pfandrechte besichert

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

IV. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Geschäftsführer in 2020 waren Herr Hans-Georg Schilling, Kaufmann, und Frau Dorothea Schilling, Juristin (bis zum 02.12.2021). Herr Schilling und Frau Schilling sind von den Beschränkungen des §181 BGB befreit.
