Anhang

1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Claranet Holding GmbH, Hanauer Landstraße 196, 60314 Frankfurt, hat ihren Sitz in Frankfurt am Main und wird beim Amtsgericht Frankfurt am Main unter der Handelsregisternummer HRB 124182 geführt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses sowie hinsichtlich der Bilanzierung und Bewertung sind die Vorschriften der § 242 ff. HGB sowie die ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften gem. §§ 264 ff. HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften angewendet worden. Dabei wurden die zulässigen größenabhängigen Erleichterungen i.S.d. § 288 Abs. 1 HGB in Anspruch genommen und ergänzende Vorschriften des AktG und des GmbHG beachtet.

Der Abschluss wurde in Euro aufgestellt, die Beträge werden in Tausend Euro (T€) und Euro (€) angegeben.

2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen, Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden des Vorjahres wurden beibehalten.

Aktiva

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die Sachanlagen sind zu den Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und nach Maßgabe der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer in Anlehnung an die amtlichen Abschreibungstabellen der Finanzverwaltung um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die Anschaffungskosten für bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens, die einer selbständigen Nutzung fähig sind, werden bei Anschaffungskosten von EUR 250 bis zu EUR 800 im Jahr des Zugangs in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu deren Anschaffungskosten aktiviert.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert bewertet. Risiken bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind, sofern erforderlich, durch Wertberichtigungen angemessen Rechnung getragen.

Die liquiden Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Der Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthält Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag, die Aufwendungen für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Stichtag darstellen.

Passiva

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet und mit zu ihren, nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen, Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert.

3. Sonstige Angaben

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 14 (Vorjahr 10).

Es bestehen keine nicht in der Bilanz enthaltenen Geschäfte, die für die Beurteilung der Finanzlage notwendig wären oder sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen.
