I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird linear abgeschrieben. Dabei wird die Nutzungsdauer, die sich aus den steuerlichen AfA-Tabellen der Finanzverwaltung ergibt, zugrunde gelegt. Für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurde ab dem Jahr 2010 die Bewertungsfreiheit nach § 6 Abs. 2 EStG in Anspruch genommen. Für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter, deren Anschaffungskosten EUR 150,00 nicht aber EUR 1.000,00 übersteigen, wurde bis zum Jahr 2009 ein Sammelposten nach § 6 Abs. 2a EStG gebildet. Dieser Sammelposten wird im Wirtschaftsjahr der Bildung und in den vier folgenden Wirtschaftsjahren mit jeweils 20% abgeschrieben.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung der in der Bilanz erfassten Anlagegüter im Jahre 2010 ist in einer Anlage zum Anhang dargestellt.
