Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft hat Ihren Sitz in Kleinmachnow und ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Potsdam unter der Nummer HRB 38182 eingetragen.

Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk grundsätzlich in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gewählt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Es handelt sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der allgemeinen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften der §§ 238 ff, sowie der ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften der §§ 264 ff. des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Finanzanlagen

Die Bewertung der Finanzanlagen erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten.

Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken sowie ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind voraussichtlich ausreichend bemessen.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen bilanziert (§ 253 Abs. 1 S. 2 HGB).
