Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Concept 4M GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Bielefeld und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Bielefeld (Register-Nr. HR B 39709).

Die Concept 4M GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss zum 30. September 2023 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt worden.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt worden.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewendeten Ansatz- und Bewertungsmethoden werden stetig angewendet.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch angemessene Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sowie der Kassenbestand werden jeweils mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen auf der Grundlage einer vorsichtigen kaufmännischen Beurteilung mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestanden am Abschlussstichtag nicht.

Die Darstellung des Eigenkapitals erfolgt gem. § 272 HGB unter Berücksichtigung des Gesellschaftsvertrags. Die Bilanz wurde ohne Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses aufgestellt.

In den Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafternin Höhe von € 1.812,37 (Vorjahr € 3.614,03) enthalten.

Den ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten liegen insgesamt Restlaufzeiten von bis zu einem Jahr zu Grunde. Es bestehen unsererseits nur im üblichen Umfang branchenübliche bzw. kraft Gesetzes entstandene Sicherheiten.

IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

V. Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr 2022/2023 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der Concept 4M GmbH durch die Geschäftsführer:

- Oleg Schmidt, Geschäftsführer, Bielefeld

Ergebnisverwendung:

Die Geschäftsführer schlagen vor, den Jahresüberschuss von € 103.321,31 zusammen mit dem Gewinnvortrag von € 170.543,04 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.

VI. Nachtragsbericht

Nach Abschluss des Geschäftsjahres 2022/2023 sind keine Vorgänge von besonderer Bedeutung eingetreten.
