Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die ConSense Group GmbH wird beim Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Aachen unter der Nummer HRB 21230 geführt. Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Kackertstraße 11 in 52072 Aachen.

Der Jahresabschluss der ConSense Group GmbH, Aachen, wurde nach den Vorschriften des deutschen Handelsgesetzbuches sowie den ergänzenden Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Darstellung der Bilanz erfolgte entsprechend den in § 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB geregelten Gliederungsvorschriften.

Um eine klare Darstellung zu gewährleisten, wurde in der Bilanz weitestgehend auf Zusatzvermerke verzichtet und stattdessen der gesonderte Ausweis im Anhang gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden die handelsrechtlichen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften beachtet. Die auf den Vorjahresabschluss angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden behalten.

Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des § 274a HGB wurden bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses und die des § 288 Abs. 1 HGB bei Erstellung des Anhangs teilweise in Anspruch genommen.

Die Gesellschaft geht von der Fortführung des Unternehmens aus.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Finanzanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Die flüssigen Mittel und das Eigenkapital wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Das Eigenkapital wurde zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bemessen, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten betragen jeweils weniger als ein Jahr.

Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten enthalten solche aus Steuern i.H.v. € 15.538,46 (2022: 2.411,63)

Im Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag von € 379.661,47 (2022: € 364.037,00)

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
