ANHANG

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma CPC - Verwaltungs GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung der bis zum Zeitpunkt der Jahresabschlusserstellung erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Sonstige Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Unverzinsliche Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestanden nicht.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurde die Geschäftsführung durch die Herren Markus Harms und Christoph Zingsheim wahrgenommen.

Angaben nach § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG

Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestehen Forderungen über EUR 23.000,00.
