Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma CSV GmbH mit Sitz in Nürnberg im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Nürnberg unter der Nummer HRB 26537 eingetragen.
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und der Satzung erstellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Zur Verbesserung der Klarheit der Darstellung in der Bilanz wurden die Vermerke zu den Restlaufzeiten der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Vermerke zu den Verbindlichkeiten anstatt in die Bilanz in den Anhang aufgenommen.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewendeten Ansatz- und Bewertungsmethoden werden stetig angewendet.
Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgt grundsätzlich unter der Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB).
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Das strenge Niederstwertprinzip ist beachtet.
In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen gegen einen Gesellschafter in Höhe von 70.320,75 € enthalten.
Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.
Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten auf Grundlage einer vernünftigen kaufmännischen Beurteilung mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag.
Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Angaben zur Bilanz
Die Darstellung des Eigenkapitals erfolgt gem. § 272 HGB unter Berücksichtigung des Gesellschaftsvertrags.
Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft ist nach Ergebnisverwendung aufgestellt.
Im Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von 46.358,96 € enthalten.
Die Fristigkeit der Verbindlichkeiten ergibt sich aus dem folgenden Verbindlichkeitenspiegel:
